1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Ek Anjali Associate website, MK ENGINE tools, service-request workflows and associated client/agent portals. By submitting a request, creating an account or purchasing an eligible service, the user agrees to these terms and the policies linked below.

2. Nature of Services

Ek Anjali Associate provides accounting, taxation, documentation, compliance assistance, software-enabled workflows and service facilitation. Government, statutory, banking, payment, DMT/BBPS, insurance, forex and similar regulated services may be fulfilled only through the relevant government portal, regulated entity or authorised service partner. Approval, processing time and final outcome remain subject to the competent authority/provider.

3. DMT, BBPS, Payments and Forex

• DMT/BBPS transactions will not be represented as directly operated by Ek Anjali Associate unless the required authorisation exists. Live transactions will be routed through an approved partner and subject to KYC/AML, limits and provider rules.
• Payment collection will use an authorised payment gateway/acquirer. Payment success does not itself mean the underlying service is completed.
• Forex tools on this website are indicative/referral tools only unless an RBI-authorised AD/FFMC partner is explicitly identified for the transaction.

4. Nirmala Trading / Market Workspace

Nirmala Trading and related MK ENGINE trading workspace features are software/accounting/record-management tools. They do not constitute investment advice, research recommendations, portfolio management, stock tips or securities execution. Any regulated investment-advisory or research activity will be offered only if separately permitted and appropriately registered.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide true, current and complete information and documents.
• Do not upload forged, altered, unlawful or third-party documents without authority.
• Keep login credentials and OTPs confidential.
• Review forms, returns, payment details and declarations before final submission or approval.

6. Fees

Professional/service fees, government/statutory fees, payment-gateway charges and provider charges may be shown separately. Public service browsing may hide rates until the service is selected. Final charges should be confirmed before payment.

7. Availability and Third Parties

Government portals and third-party provider systems may be unavailable, delayed or changed without notice. Ek Anjali Associate is not responsible for outages or decisions outside its control, but will maintain reasonable transaction/request records for support and reconciliation.

8. Privacy, Security and Records

Personal data is handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Sensitive credentials and regulated-provider secrets are not intended to be exposed to clients or agents. High-risk actions may require re-authentication, OTP and human approval.

9. Suspension and Misuse

Access may be restricted for suspected fraud, unlawful activity, security incidents, chargebacks, identity mismatch, policy breaches or regulatory/provider requirements.

10. Governing Framework and Support

These terms are intended for operations in India and remain subject to applicable Indian law, regulatory directions and contracted partner terms. Complaints can be raised through the Contact / Grievance page. A final legal review should confirm jurisdiction and dispute-resolution wording before production launch.
